As an HDR Student, you have access to a wide variety of information, tools, resources and guides to support you on your journey.
Everyone in the research community at CSU has access to the research professional development (PD) programs.
Assistance on many academic writing topics (e.g. Developing a Good Literature Review Structure) as well as facilitated writing groups, individual consultations and other resources.
Data, methods and tools
Find information on research methods and the tools you can use to conduct your research.
Data analysis software and surveys
Software such as SPSS, NVivo, Endnote, ArcGIS, ENVI and R will help you to organise, visualise and analyse your research data. You can also use Survey Monkey to create online surveys.
Statistics workshops and tools
The Quantitative Consulting Unit (QCU) runs statistics workshops and tutorials for various tools. CSU students or staff, or members of the public are welcome to attend.
