Access a range of guides and electronic forms. These have been designed to help you move forward with your research.  Contact the Research Office for more information about any of these items.

How to use

Make sure to download the files to your computer before filling in. Do not edit them in any browser window or you will lose your saved data. Right-click on the form and 'save as'.

Due to a recent update, Adobe Reader no longer fully supports the saving of data in fillable online pdf forms. We recommend using Adobe Standard or Acrobat Professional, which can be purchased from our Computer shop.

NB. The Principal Supervisor Admission Recommendations Forms have been removed from the Supervisors Forms section. Please refer to the  CRM Admission Recommendation User Guide for updated processes.
