The Office of Research Services and Graduate Studies provides services to:

academic staff
Higher Degree by Research (HDR) candidates
research support staff
HDR supervisors
the University’s academic leadership to support Charles Sturt University’s research strategy and goals

We provide the following services:

communicate research endeavours, achievements and opportunities broadly across the university
identify and communicate funding opportunities
provide advice on funding applications and authorisation to submit
manage funds allocation and reporting for successful research projects
negotiate and manage research contracts
administer HDR candidature from admission to graduation
provide professional development opportunities for research support staff, HDR students, HDR supervisors
and researchers which support candidature and career progress
collect data, analyse and report on research activity
provide professional services in regional archives and spatial analysis
