Before formally applying for your research degree course (Doctor of Philosophy, Professional Doctorate or Master by Research), we invite you to complete an Expression of Interest. This Expression of Interest will be assessed ahead of an invitation to formally apply for admission.
It may take you up to 30 minutes to complete this application. Once started, you cannot save your progress before submission.
Please ensure that you have the following information ready for the questions you will be asked.
- Charles Sturt Student Number (optional).
- Supervisor details: you must have contacted an appropriate supervisor within a School or Institute who has agreed to support your research project.
Access the Find a Supervisor webpage, which provides further information on how to find and contact a potential supervisor. - Academic qualifications: details of your qualifications and overall Course Grade Average (%) / or Grade Point Average.
- Transcript of highest relevant qualification.
- CV/Resume.
- Publication details (if applicable).
- Proposed research: an outline of the objectives/research questions, methodology, and contribution this research would make.
- Scholarship details (if applicable).
- English language proficiency course details (if applicable).
