Wellness 2 Age

Background

Australia’s ageing population presents far-reaching implications for our society. These include direct challenges to health systems due to changing health profiles, increasing demand for health service use, as well as rising health and aged care costs, particularly in rural areas.

Innovative, evidenced-based, and accessible community-based programs are required to keep people living well and independently at home for longer.
