Online professional development (PD) programs
All programs are designed to be virtual: interactive and engaging, with high quality content and presenters who are experts in their field providing participants with a learning experience. Participation is expected through the use of many interactive tools including voice, hands-up, polls, whiteboards, break-out rooms, you-tube video share, file share, screen share and more. Making use of a headset with a microphone will allow for a more engaging session for both the participant and presenter. You can purchase a USB Logitech headset through the CSU computer shop.
Sessions are best viewed on a desktop computer but can be also be attended using a mobile device.
Most of the sessions are recorded and some are made available for viewing on our Interact site (see instructions to enrol below).
Our aim is to provide candidates, academics and support staff with a variety of sessions, presenters and topics to meet your learning and career needs. We encourage participant feedback about each session and use this information to enhance sessions and broaden the program further. Feedback can also be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Zoom is used to host workshops. This online meeting platform allows participants from multiple locations (both on and off-campus in Australia and overseas) to attend the workshops in real time.
